Important booking information
To confirm your booking, a $50 deposit per booking is required via online banking or in person. This deposit is included in your full payment.
Please note, the deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled booking. Cancellations or rescheduling cannot be made on or within 48 hours of your booking. Cancellations within 48 hours will not incur a charge, but your deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling can only be made ONCE.
Lateness and no-shows:
- If you anticipate being late, you must give notice more than 10 minutes prior to your booking.
- If you are late, the duration of your lateness will reduce your session time.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled without notice.
